About Flagstaff Community Markets

Thanks to all the vendors and patrons who have made the Flagstaff Community Market such a success for the last 9 years! The 2010 Flagstaff Community Market will run from May 30th to October 10th, 2009 (8:00 am-12:00 pm), every Sunday. This will be held at the Flagstaff City Hall parking lot.

The Sunnyside Community Market was a great addition to the East side. Thanks to all who participated. We look forward to seeing you again Wednesday afternoons, from 4-7PM, July 7-September 22 this summer. Same great location- St. Pius Catholic Church on the corner of Cedar Ave and 4th St.

Attention Vendors: This year FCM will offer reserved spaces for vendors based on the Market Rules and Regulations posted in the Vendors section. After receiving a completed application, FCM will contact vendors within 2 weeks to confirm or not confirm the acceptance of them into the Market. Please remember, there is NO RESALE of goods allowed at the Market. In addition, value added or processed products must be produced in a facility controlled and licensed by the vendor. Not outsourcing of processed foods is allowed.

Participants

Participants include the Flagstaff Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Project. Flagstaff CSA members enjoy fresh, delicious, locally grown produce through the fall, winter, and spring for a nominal weekly fee. Members pay for each season’s produce in advance, sharing the risks and the benefits of Frank Martin’s Crooked Sky Farms in Glendale. Every Thursday afternoon beginning in October, Frank delivers seasonal produce to Flagstaff community members. Get connected to your food, the land, and your local farmer.
